Privacy policy
We respect the privacy of people visiting Feppy.pl and contacting us. Below, we explain what personal data we process, for what purposes, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Feppy Igor Fedorov, Polish tax identification number (NIP): 7972097717. For matters relating to personal data protection, you can contact us by email at biuro@feppy.pl.
2. What data do we process and where do we obtain it?
When you use the contact form or write to us directly, we process the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, inquiry category, message and any additional information you voluntarily share. Our correspondence may also include information about your company, project or proposed cooperation.
In connection with operating the website, the server may record technical data, such as your IP address, the date and time of a request, browser information and security-related events. These data are used for technical operation and protection of the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
- Responding to inquiries and preparing quotations: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the contact concerns taking steps prior to entering into a contract to which you would be a party; in other cases, in particular contacts between businesses and with their representatives, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and handling inquiries.
- Performing agreed cooperation: Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the nature of the relationship.
- Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR if cooperation requiring such processing is established.
- Ensuring website security, diagnostics, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not treat the mere submission of an inquiry as consent to receive a newsletter or unsolicited marketing communications.
4. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing data is voluntary. However, your first and last name, email address, subject and inquiry content are needed for us to receive your message and respond to it. Without this information, we may be unable to handle your inquiry.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be shared, solely to the extent necessary for operating the website and handling correspondence, with providers of hosting, email services, technical website maintenance and contact-form tools. We use WordPress and the Contact Form 7 plugin. Entities processing data on our behalf act under appropriate arrangements or agreements where required.
We do not sell the personal data of people contacting Feppy. If a particular external tool involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, we will apply a mechanism provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR and supplement the information about that transfer accordingly.
6. How long do we keep data?
As a rule, correspondence relating to inquiries that do not lead to cooperation is retained for no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is justified by the need to establish, pursue or defend claims. If a contract is concluded, we retain data throughout its performance and subsequently for periods required by law or as needed to handle potential claims. Technical data are retained for as long as necessary for security and diagnostics, in accordance with the settings of the hosting services.
7. Your rights
Within the limits set by the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, rectify or erase them, restrict their processing, obtain data portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where particular processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, write to biuro@feppy.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
8. Cookies and technical technologies
Feppy.pl may use cookies and similar technical mechanisms necessary for the proper operation of the website, its security and the provision of required functions. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; blocking some cookies may limit how the website works.
If we use optional analytics or marketing tools that require consent, we activate them only after obtaining the user’s appropriate consent. The detailed scope of such tools should reflect the integrations and website settings that are actually active.
9. Automated decisions
Data submitted through the contact form are not used to make decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you, based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy, for example if the website’s functionality, the tools we use or applicable laws change. The current version of the document will be available on this page.
